Features
ruby red wine with subtle garnet reflexions, bright and transparent. Dense structure, a powerful nose with plenty of balsamic hints, cedar wood, licorice and ripe fruit with dark pulp. Full almost creamy taste on the tongue, underlined by an attractive and clean fresh,savory flavor.
Recommendation
highly appreciable with earthy first dishes and with all type of meats belonging to the mediterranean tradition.
