Features
bright and full ruby red colour with slightly purplish bounds. Intense smell of fruit with a sweet spiciness and hints of dry tobacco. Fresh on the palate, consistent with its olfactory lures, dry and persistent.

matches perfectly with all types of medium-long ripened cheeses, with cold cuts, legume soups and first courses based upon meat.
