Features
bright straw-yellow colour with slight green hints. Silky foam of good body and elegant perlage. Greedy nose with fresh notes of fruit with white juicy pulp and delicate floral hints. Delicate and elegant on palate, frangrant and coherent with its smell. Definitely and fresh and clean wine.
Recommendation
ideal as aperitif, perfect with starters based on shortcrust pastries.
