initial stage of fermentation with maceration into inox steel tanks at thermocontrolled temperature for 15 days. Refined in Barriques.
Features
garnet with bright ruby red reflexions. Tissue of solid and very complex structure. This wine presents a harmonic combination of dark and ripe fruits with fresh spicy hints and a sweet toasting. On palate is clearly perceived coffee, sweet tobacco, rhubarb and licorice, cloves and a slight cinnamon upon a basic taste of wood fruits and cherries.
Recommendation
a wine of a great persistence and elegance, matches perfectly with all first dishes of italian traditional cuisine, and fusion style food.
