Features
a full bodied, ruby red wine and of a good weave. Intense nose with lures of jam fruit, hints of sweet tobacco and mint notes. Round taste on the tongue, pleasantly fresh and warm with elegant soft tannins. Easy to drink despite its complex structure.
Recommendation
ideal with cold cuts, sausages and typical local meat rolls made with beef, named "Bombette” (Little Bombs).
