Fermentation and wine-making notes
Malvasia Nera whitered directly on the vines. Initial stage of fermentation with maceration into inox steel tanks at thermocontrolled temperature for 12 days.
Features
a dense weave wine with a ruby red colour. Intriguing nose for its spiciness and fruits made by black cherries in jam, candied cherries, with slight notes of licorice, walnuts and cardamom. Clear memory of dark chocolate and cinnamon. Its elegant taste keeps the sweet note fresh and slowly becomes warm on the palate.
Recommendation
a wine of a good persistence, ideal as dessert wine with dry biscuits made by almond and chocolate, with cocoa mousse and red fruits pies.
