Features
bright , straw-yellow colourwith an appreciable structure. Very attractive to the nose, implanted on a crispy fragrance of yellow fruit as pineapples, apricots, almonds mixed with sweet floral hints of acacia. Clearly perceived a clear savory note of sea salt. Its taste is definitely coherent with its bouquet: fresh, slightly balsamic and savory.
Recommendation
ideal with sea-based dishes such as linguine with sea urchins and salted fish.
